Born in 1948, Takeshi Saji has been manufacturing kitchen since for nearly 50 years with the Saji Uchiamono Compnay. He is the 3rd generation of his family involved in knife manufacturing, pioneering Japanese style knives and using traditional techniques. Due to the uniqueness of his knives, there are many fans in Japan and around the world. We carry several of his ranges including his masterpeice Aogami core with rainbow damascus cladding.
