Hailing from the Takefu Knife collective, Hideo Kitaoka, born in 1950 specialises in single bevel knives. All his knives are forged from Shirogami, White Paper Steel which are clad in stainless Damascus steel. A master craftsman, his knives are of exceptional quality and made from some of the finest materials.
