Knife Guarantee and Returns Policy

All our knives are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.

Please note that the guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, such as dropping the knife on hard surfaces

• Use with frozen foods

• Improper washing, cleaning, or storage

• Exposure to acidic substances or prolonged damp conditions

• Broken tips or chipped blades, which are considered the result of improper use, are not covered under the guarantee.

Important: Use of a dishwasher will void the guarantee.

If you believe your knife has a manufacturing fault, please return it to Knives From Japan Ltd along with your proof of purchase. Upon inspection and validation of your claim, we will offer a replacement knife or a comparable alternative if the original product is no longer available.
