Made in Japan, it features a 75mm three-layer VG10 stainless steel blade, with a hardness of 59 HRC for an excellent balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The handle is crafted from natural Ebony wood, prized for its rich dark colour, smooth finish, and distinctive grain.
