The Katana Saya Olive Wood 21cm BBQ Cook's Knife is designed for barbecue enthusiasts and passionate outdoor cooks who demand exceptional cutting performance. Its tall, gently curved blade glides effortlessly through large cuts of meat, while the fine pointed tip provides excellent control for trimming with precision.

The blade is made from VG-10 high-carbon stainless steel core, clad with 67 layers of Damascus steel. This construction delivers outstanding edge retention, durability and corrosion resistance, while producing the distinctive flowing Damascus pattern that makes every knife unique. With a hardness of HRC 60+, the blade is capable of taking and maintaining an exceptionally sharp edge. The knife is fitted with a light olive wood handle, complemented by an elegant opal effect ring for a refined appearance and comfortable grip.
