A range of high quality classically designed knives. the tang runs the full length of the handle and is secured by three strong rivets, offering exceptional durability and balance. The handle is crafted from natural Pakkawood material from Spain with a unique grained finish.  the blade is crafted from 66 layers of stainless steel, folded around a central core of VG-10 steel, to give the ultimate in performance. the deluxe stainless steel bolster gives balance and protects the fingers from the cutting edge. the blade cutting edge is finished by hand to produce a razor-sharp finish.
