Global GS-11 35th Anniversary 15cm Flexible Utility Knife: This is another top-rated knife in the Global range. The medium-sized 11cm blade can be used as a general-purpose knife as well as for carving and thanks to its flexible blade it is particularly suitable for filleting small fish.

Global GS-90 35th Anniversary 13cm Fluted Santoku Knife: Perfectly sized for cutting small fruit and vegetables and adheres to the three ways of the Santoku - dicing, slicing and mincing.

Global GSF-15 35th Anniversary 8cm Peeling Knife: The 8cm blade is particularly suited to smaller kitchen tasks such as the peeling and cutting fruit although it is strong enough to get into and separate joints of meat.

Global GSF-22 35th Anniversary 11cm Utility Knife: A great all-rounder, this useful knife can tackle most kitchen tasks.

Global G74 20cm Ceramic Sharpening Steel (G-74). Less abrasive than a diamond version, this 20cm Global ceramic sharpening steel is approximately equivalent to a 3000 grit whetstone without being quite so labour intensive to use.
