A very specific but essential knife for anyone who takes cooking seriously. The Katana Saya Pakkawood Boning Knife is ideal for filleting and boning both meat and fish with extreme precision. The blade is 15cm long making it an optimum sized boning knife for all meats and fish within the kitchen.

The Western Pakkawood range comes gift boxed with a leather sheath which will protect the boning knife and your fingers from it's extremely sharp edge. The blade has a 67 layers of VG-10 Damascus steel, the highest quality steel which is hard and unbreakable. It can reach a Rockwell hardness rating of up to 63HRC. 

The exquisite craftmanship in these knives can be seen in the elegant layered damascus pattern on the blade. The blade is finished with deep black Pakkawood handle with opal ring which strikes a balance between opulence and hard wearing-durability.
