A Nakiri is a specialized vegetable knife that is often underutilized in Western kitchens. Designed with a flat blade, it excels at push/pull chopping of vegetables, ensuring the entire flat edge contacts the cutting board simultaneously. This SG-2 Kurouchi Tsuchime 18cm Kiritsuke Nakiri stands out with its sharply clipped kiritsuke-style tip, offering a bunka-like appearance.
