Each knife is entirely handcrafted using time-honoured Laguiole techniques. From start to finish, it is made by a single master cutler, who signs their work through intricate guilloché detailing on the spring. Extending from the iconic Laguiole bee, the hand-decorated patterns—floral or geometric—make every knife truly unique.

The blade features the traditional Yatagan shape, celebrated for its elegant curve and exceptional cutting performance. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, it offers excellent durability, sharpness, and ease of care.

The handle is finished in beautiful natural birchwood, bringing warmth, character, and a tactile balance to the knife. Polished bolsters and liners complete the design, enhancing both strength and visual refinement.
