The smallest knife in the Kasumi Hammered Series, suitable for little kitchen tasks such as cutting up small bits of fruit and peeling potatoes. A short stubby 9cm blade means you will need to pair this up with something bigger for other cooking tasks.
The hammered pattern on the blades is the result of hot forging by hitting the blade repeatedly with a 300 ton flection machine. The unever hammer design prevents food from sticking to the surface of the blade. Kasumi hammered knives feature an inner core of VG-10 stainless steel with an outer layer of SUS410 stainless steel. The core of Kasumi is hardened to over 60 HRC. The handles are made from POM material, ergonomically shaped to the hand.
