A beautiful bread knife to complete your Sakura collection. This will give the royal treatment to any stubborn loaf of bread! The Japanese do not eat bread and so do not really understand bread knives. We tell them that Western cooks must have them in sets, so we end up with these very high spec'd knives for cutting bread. They do look really good though!
