The GN-004 is Global Ni's large size bread knife and has a saw like blade for sawing through the crustiest loaves of bread. If you have bought a Global Ni block set we do advise caution though as this blade does not fit in some of the smaller blocks. For those looking to complete block sets we also suggest the GNM-09 bread knife which has a slightly smaller 21cm blade.
