All knives are fully guaranteed against any manufacturing faults that arise from normal use of the knives.
Excluded from this cover are problems arising from improper use; dropping the knife onto a hard surface, use with frozen foods, improper washing and clearing and exposure to acidic substances or damp conditions. Breaks in the tips of the knives and chips in the blade are not covered by guarantee.
Use of a dishwasher will void the guarantee on the knife.
If you find a fault with your knife, please return the knife to Knives From Japan Ltd including proof of purchase for our inspection. If your claim is valid you will be offered a replacement knife or similar alternative if it is not available.
