Returns
Our aim is to provide you with a service and range of products that you are happy with and that you enjoy using. In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction or fault with the items you have purchased from this website and you would like to return them to us, please follow these instructions:
If you decide within 14 days of purchase that the item is unsuitable, you may return it to us for exchange or credit, providing that both the product and packaging are unused and in complete, saleable condition.
You will pay for the cost of posting unsuitable items back to us. If we exchange the items, we will dispatch the replacement free of charge.
If you find the item to be faulty, please return it to us as soon as possible. If we agree that the item is faulty, we will exchange it or offer you a refund, on both the item and your postage costs. If we find the problem to be as a result of misuse, we will contact you to discuss the situation.
Unsuitable or faulty items should be securely packaged and posted to:

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Sales Office on 0845 6020987, within 7 working days of placing your order. If payment has already been taken, we will organise for you to be credited for the full amount.
If your item has already been dispatched, please return it to us within 7 working days, ensuring that both the product and packaging are unused and in complete, saleable condition. We will then organise for you to be credited for the full cost of the item, but you will pay for the initial delivery and subsequent return of the item.
Knives from Japan.co.uk reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in good resalable condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. Knives from Japan.co.uk also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
