Delivery Policy
Despatch
We can only deliver orders to the UK and Ireland.
Your order will normally be despatched to you within 5 working days. In the unlikely event that any of the items you order are out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone of our earliest possible despatch date.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from despatch date, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
Missing or Delayed Items
Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
